  • Mushrooms
  • Leek
  • (Optional) Smoked tofu

Instructions

  1. Mix soy cream with a bit of cornstarch.
  2. Season the mixture with garlic, pepper, salt, nutritional yeast, and nutmeg.
  3. Prepare the puff pastry as needed.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and leek to the tartlet.
  5. Pour the soy cream mixture over the vegetables.
