Instructions
- Filling: Sauté the pepper with thyme, garlic powder, salt, and a little oil in a pan.
- Batter: Mix 3 1/2 cups of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1/4 cup of plant-based butter, 1/4 cup of water, and season with nutritional yeast, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mustard.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (~350 degrees Fahrenheit).
