Ingredients
- 150g sugar
- 200g almond powder
- 50g cornstarch
- 20cl soy or almond cream
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (and a little more for the glaze)
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 1 lucky charm (trinket)
Instructions
- Mix sugar, almond powder, and cornstarch, then incorporate the liquids.
- Once homogeneous, place the frangipane between two puff pastry sheets with the lucky charm hidden inside.
- For the glaze, brush with neutral oil and create some decorative patterns.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
