Ingredients
- Shortcrust pastry (see my previous post)
- Pastry cream (see my previous post)
- 2/3 large apples, thinly sliced
- Brown sugar to caramelize the top
Instructions
- Pre-bake the shortcrust pastry for 10-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the pie at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
