Ingredients

  • 1 liter vanilla soy milk
  • Vanilla flavoring
  • 3/4 cup (170g) sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp (45g) neutral oil
  • 3/4 cup (100g) cornstarch
  • A pinch of turmeric (for color)
  • 40 minutes at 200°C (390°F)

Instructions

  1. Bring 80% of the milk to a boil with the sugar, oil, and vanilla flavoring.
  2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining cold milk and add the turmeric.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
