Ingredients
- 1 liter vanilla soy milk
- Vanilla flavoring
- 3/4 cup (170g) sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp (45g) neutral oil
- 3/4 cup (100g) cornstarch
- A pinch of turmeric (for color)
- 40 minutes at 200°C (390°F)
Instructions
- Bring 80% of the milk to a boil with the sugar, oil, and vanilla flavoring.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining cold milk and add the turmeric.
- Mix everything together.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
