Ingredients
- 220g flour
- 80g cane sugar
- ½ packet of baking powder (~3.5g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80g neutral oil
- 70g soy yogurt (soy/coconut cream cheese can be used)
- 10g vanilla extract
- 75g chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt).
- Add the oil, soy yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Shape into 9 cookies and bake for 16 minutes at 160°C.
- Let cool before serving.
