Ingredients

  • 220g flour
  • 80g cane sugar
  • ½ packet of baking powder (~3.5g)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80g neutral oil
  • 70g soy yogurt (soy/coconut cream cheese can be used)
  • 10g vanilla extract
  • 75g chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt).
  3. Add the oil, soy yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  5. Shape into 9 cookies and bake for 16 minutes at 160°C.
  6. Let cool before serving.
