Ingredients
- 500g firm tofu (standard tofu)
- 300g silken tofu
- 250g sugar
- 200ml soy milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 5g agar-agar
- 1 medium lemon
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla flavoring
- Speculoos/biscoff biscuits (~150g)
- Coffee
Instructions
- Blend the tofus, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and lemon juice together.
- Bring the milk and agar-agar to a boil, then combine everything.
- Layer the cream alternately with speculoos cookies dipped in coffee (or a plant-based milk/vanilla mixture), then dust with cocoa powder.
- Let chill for 2 hours in the fridge.
