Filling

  • 1 bell pepper

  • Thyme, garlic powder, salt

  • Oil for sautéing

Batter

  • 3 1/2 cups of flour

  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of plant-based butter

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • Seasoning: nutritional yeast, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, mustard

      Chop the pepper and sauté in a pan with oil, thyme, garlic powder, and salt until tender

      Mix all batter ingredients together

      Fold the sautéed pepper filling into the batter
