My basic plant-based crepe recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups of flour

  • 1 1/2 cups of plant-based milk

  • 2 tbsp of neutral oil

  • 1/4 cup of sugar

  • A pinch of salt

  • Optional: orange blossom water, vanilla, or cocoa

      Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and lump-free

      Add optional flavorings if desired

      Let the batter rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator

      Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat until golden on both sides
