  • Assorted vegetables (peppers, carrots, zucchinis, sweet potatoes)

Seasoning

  • Olive oil

  • Herbs (thyme, rosemary)

  • Salt and pepper

      Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)

      Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces

      Toss the vegetables with olive oil and seasoning
