Easy plant-based shortcrust pastry for pies or cookies

  • 2 1/3 cups of flour

  • 1/3 cup of sugar

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup of vegetable butter

  • 5 tbsp of cold plant-based milk

      Combine all ingredients in a bowl

      Mix with your hands until a dough forms (do not overwork)

      Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

      Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes (or as required for your pie)
