Simple and visually appealing cupcakes with a delicious Biscoff crunch

Cupcakes

  • 1 2/3 cups flour

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 packet of baking powder (2 teaspoons)

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/3 cup neutral oil

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Topping

  • Vegan whipped cream

  • Crushed Biscoff cookies

  • Fresh raspberries

      Mix all cupcake ingredients until smooth
