Indulgent and guilt-free chocolate cream made with almond milk

  • 160g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 1/4 cup of sugar

  • 700ml of almond milk (homemade recommended)

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

      Melt the chocolate with 75% of the almond milk and the sugar

      Blend the cornstarch with the remaining 25% of cold almond milk

      Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, incorporate the cornstarch mixture

      Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until the cream thickens

      Remove from heat and let cool before serving
