  • 1/4 cup wheat flour

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (e.g., soy milk)

Seasoning

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Thyme

Filling

  • Mushrooms

  • Peas
