🥘Caramelized Tofu

Perfect with rice, noodles and sautéed vegetables

  • 300g tofu

  • 8 tbsp water

  • 8 tbsp neutral oil

  • 8 tbsp sugar

  • 8 tbsp soy sauce

      Cut the tofu into cubes

      Mix water, oil, sugar, and soy sauce to create the sauce

      Cook the tofu with the sauce at medium heat

      Stir continuously until the sauce caramelizes and coats the tofu
