Crispy crust and a sumptuously molten interior

  • 110g of 70% dark chocolate

  • 30g of neutral oil

  • 35g of cane sugar

  • 1 vanilla sugar sachet

  • 75g of applesauce

  • 60g of cornstarch

  • A pinch of coarse salt

      Heat the chocolate with oil and sugar until melted

      Mix the applesauce, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl

      Incorporate the chocolate mixture into the applesauce mixture

      Pour into small molds

      Bake for 7 minutes at 180°C (350°F) - adjust depending on mold size
