  • Soy cream

  • Cornstarch

  • Mushrooms

  • Leeks

  • Seasoning: garlic, pepper, salt, nutritional yeast, nutmeg

Crust

  • Store-bought puff pastry (most are accidentally vegan)

      Sauté chopped mushrooms and leeks until tender

      Mix soy cream with cornstarch and seasonings to create the mixture

      Place the puff pastry in tartlet molds or a large quiche pan

      Add the vegetables and pour the cream mixture over them

      Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the filling is set and the pastry is golden
