Soft yogurt cookies with delicious chocolate chunks

  • 220g flour

  • 80g cane sugar

  • 1/2 packet of baking powder (~3.5g)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 80g neutral oil

  • 70g soy yogurt (or soy/coconut cream cheese)

  • 10g vanilla extract

  • 75g chocolate chunks

      Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chunks

      Cut chocolate chunks into small pieces (preferred over chips)

      Incorporate the chocolate chunks into the dough

      Form 9 cookies and place on a baking tray

      Bake for 16 minutes at 160°C (320°F)
