One of my simplest and favorite recipes this year! Soy proteins are soy with a minced meat-like texture once cooked (boil for 3-5 min). The taste is neutral, it's essential to cook it in the sauce.

Ingredients Checklist

  • Soy proteins

  • Water

  • Vegetable broth

  • Onion

  • Carrot

  • Tomato sauce

  • Garlic

  • Thyme
