🍝Soy Protein Bolognese

One of my simplest and favorite recipes, with a meaty texture

  • Soy protein (TVP chunks or mince)

  • Tomato sauce

  • Water or vegetable broth

  • Onion

  • Carrot

  • Seasoning: garlic, thyme

      Boil the soy protein in water/vegetable broth for 3-5 minutes, then drain

      Sauté finely chopped onion and carrot

      Add the cooked soy protein and tomato sauce

      Season with garlic and thyme

      Simmer until the sauce has thickened and flavors are well combined

      Variation: use green lentils instead of soy proteins
