Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup neutral oil

  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (vanilla soy recommended)

  • 1 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 packet baking powder

  • 50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped

  • A pinch of salt

  • A bit of vanilla extract

      Mix the brown sugar, oil, salt, vanilla, and plant-based milk

      Add the flour and baking powder, then mix well

      Chop the dark chocolate into chunks and incorporate into the dough

      Form cookies and place on a baking sheet

      Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes
